Exchange and Return Policy

Sometimes it’s hard to find the right gift, or that piece of art just doesn’t quite match.

We get it! Bliss offers a human-friendly 30 day exchange and return policy. If you need some help it’s easy to get the ball rolling:

 

  1. Call us! (303) 443-0355. During open business hours, you’ll be matched with one of our friendly team members for individual support. This is the quickest and easiest way for us to help. We won’t bite <3

 

  1. Email us! [email protected], anytime day or night. Send us a little love note explaining your situation with any applicable photos. A real person checks this email and will respond as soon as possible. Please allow a few business days for her response.

 

  1. Make a claim! If you’ve purchased an item online and would like to make a return you can log-in or create an account using one of the confirmation emails associated with the order. Once logged in, visit your account page and select “My Orders”. Select “View” next to the order with the item(s) you would like to return. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Return Item(s)”.

 

We believe stellar customer service is one of the many things that make shopping small great! Many of our artisans and vendors are small and/or local as well—which means our 30 exchange and return policy is flexible to fit your individual situation. We want to help!

 

The Fine Print: Customers are responsible for any voluntary return postage. Refunds will be posted to the method of payment after the returned item has been received. Please allow a few business days after the item has arrived for the refund to post to the original payment method. Exchanges or refunds due to shipping carrier mishandling or product defect are dealt with on an individual bases. Bliss is not responsible for any unforeseen charges related to incorrect shipping information.
